SHIPPING POLICY (U.S. & INTERNATIONAL)
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Pre-order items will begin production only after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production timelines are listed on the product page.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery timelines vary by service level and destination.
Mozen Watches is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs inspections.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their local customs authority.
Customs officials may request personal identification (such as a Tax ID). Where required, the carrier will contact you directly.
Refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs. Mozen Watches is not responsible for these outcomes or related losses.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Mozen Watches is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
Mozen Watches will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipments confirmed as delivered.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Pre orders are refundable up to 14 days after the reservation lock (December 31) and before production begins. Once production has started, reservations are non-refundable and may only be transferred to a different color option.
Once the pre-order window closes and production begins, no cancellations, refunds can be made to your order.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that these items require a production lead time and may be subject to minor manufacturing variations within acceptable tolerances.
Defects or Warranty Claims
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@mozenwatches.com within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for repair or replacement will be assessed under our limited warranty policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective under warranty.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs duties may incur additional return shipping fees.
In cases where customs destroys an unclaimed package, Mozen Watches is not responsible for replacement or refund.
