Mozen Watches — Limited Warranty Policy (12 Months)

1. Warranty Coverage

Mozen LLC (“Mozen”) warrants that every Mozen timepiece purchased directly from mozenwatches.com or an authorized Mozen retailer is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Mozen will, at its sole discretion:

  • repair the watch, or

  • replace it with the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

All repairs or replacements performed under this warranty are free of charge.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty specifically covers:

  • Movement defects

  • Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, hands, or crystal

  • Water-resistance failures resulting from manufacturing issues (if the watch has not been opened or tampered with)

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, fading, strap wear, etc.)

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or misuse

  • Water damage resulting from improper operation (e.g., crown not fully secured)

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Battery replacements

  • Cosmetic damage from daily use

  • Straps, buckles, packaging, or accessories

Any opening, servicing, or modification by a non-authorized watchmaker voids this warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@mozenwatches.com with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or short video of the defect

We will evaluate the claim and provide return instructions where applicable.

Shipping instructions:

  • Customers are responsible for sending the watch to Mozen for assessment.

  • If the claim is approved, Mozen will cover return shipping back to the customer.

  • If the watch is found to be outside of warranty coverage, the customer may choose to proceed with a paid repair.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mozen’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch as described above. Mozen is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • loss of time,

  • loss of personal property,

  • or incidental costs associated with a warranty claim.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Warranty Validity

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

7. Governing Law

This limited warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding any conflict-of-law rules.
