These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.mozenwatches.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Mozen LLC (“Mozen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

Mozen LLC is a U.S.-based company selling physical goods (watches, straps, and accessories).
All products are subject to availability.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to:

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes

  • Not interfere with site security or functionality

  • Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the website or its content

3. Product Information

We attempt to display product colors, images, and specifications as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to modify:

  • Product descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Specifications

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

  • U.S. customers may be charged state/local taxes.

  • International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and import fees (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid).

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs or local postal services

  • Customs officials may request personal identification (such as a Tax ID); this is outside our control

7. Pre-Orders, Refunds & Returns

Pre-Orders

Many Mozen products are made-to-order .


Pre orders are refundable up to 14 days after the reservation lock (December 31) and before production begins. Once production has started, reservations are non-refundable and may only be transferred to a different color option.

Returns

  • No refunds or cancellations once production begins

8. Warranty

Mozen watches come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear

  • Water damage due to misuse

  • Improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Loss or theft

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product designs, and videos—is the property of Mozen LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.

10. Account Registration

If you create an account on the Site:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials

  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mozen LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in the Site

  • Damages caused by misuse of the product

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within California for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

Mozen LLC may update these Terms at any time.
Revisions take effect immediately upon posting.
